Ramya develops PeriLens' software and has experience in remote sensing (RS) and geographic information systems (GIS), including consulting and junior GIS engineering roles. She completed an AI/ML certification course at IIT Patna and participated in Esri's Climate Action MOOC.
Vineela.R
Co-founder
Vineela is a co-founder of PeriLens and a subject-matter expert in microwave remote sensing. She previously worked as a Product Relationship Manager at Amazon India. She holds an M.Tech in VLSI Design and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTUH, bringing together product relationship experience and a strong technical background.
Rajashree brings 36 years of research in water resources, atmospheric studies and cryosphere science. A former Deputy Director of Earth and Climate Sciences and outreach leader at NRSC, ISRO, she has authored 50+ research articles and participated in the 35th Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica. She provides guidance and support for PeriLens' methodology and business model.
Gopal is a former department head at Osmania University with over 30 years of experience in water resources, urban flooding and watershed research. He has published 100+ articles and led research funded by MHRD-SPARC, SERB, DST and UGC. He brings geospatial civil engineering expertise to PeriLens and independently reviews its hazard methods and scientific terminology.
Naresh previously served as a faculty member at the Engineering Staff College of India. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Osmania University and has visiting research experience at Texas A&M. His work combines hydrology, urban flood modelling, geospatial analysis and machine learning, supported by funded research and journal publications. He leads PeriLens' urban flood and infrastructure resilience workflows.

Advisory
Bipin is a researcher at Azim Premji University specialising in atmospheric monitoring, numerical weather prediction and microwave remote sensing. His experience includes VSSC and NRSC at ISRO, plus climate data, modelling and risk research at a technology startup. He holds an ECE degree from Kerala University and a master's in VLSI and Embedded System Design from CUSAT.
